MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• U.S. Citizen or authorized alien
• Ability to read at a fifth grade level
• Ability to write
• Ability to lift and carry 25 pounds
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Ability to stand or walk up to 7 hours per day
• Ability to push or pull equipment such as food carts and mop buckets
• Ability to complete simple math problems involving addition and subtraction
• Ability to communicate in English

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provides courteous, professional, and prompt services to all internal and external customers including students, parents, co-workers, etc.
• Preparation of all food as assigned by Manager
• General cleaning of food service unit
• Assists in the daily operations of meal service
• Storage of food in accordance with the Manager’s specifications
• Operates computer at point of service line
• Maintain daily records of all lunch monies that are accepted
• Performs other duties as assigned by Principals, Supervisor/Director and Central Office Administration
